Breakfast for a crowd made easy—and deliciously.

Italian Sausage Breakfast Strata

Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 45 min | Servings: 1

Breakfast strata is a power move when you’re hosting a crowd: it’s straightforward, no-fuss, and feeds an army without turning your kitchen into a war zone. But let’s be real—most stratas are just egg casseroles with an identity crisis. This one, though? This one’s worth waking up for. Italian Herb Chicken Sausage brings the flavor, roasted red peppers bring the color, and it all bakes up golden and herby with zero standing at the stove flipping infinite pancakes.

Pro Tip: Make this strata ahead of time, chill, and cut into 2–3-inch pieces for an easy on-the-go breakfast that reheats beautifully.

1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, Garlic Herb seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything's smooth and well combined.
3
Layer half the torn-up bread in the casserole dish and drizzle with half the olive oil. Scatter half the sausage and roasted red peppers over the bread, then repeat the layers with the remaining bread, olive oil, sausage, and peppers. Finally, pour the egg mixture evenly over all the ingredients.
4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with Parmesan, basil leaves, and chopped parsley.
5
Cut into squares and enjoy warm.
