Chicken sausage rules. It’s our favorite food—some might even call it an obsession—and this inspiring ingredient has gone underappreciated for far too long. Here at The Sausage Project, we believe that chicken sausage can and should be as crave-worthy as any other sausage out there.

That’s why we’re doing chicken sausage differently. By introducing lean white meat into the equation, we create a cleaner tasting chicken sausage that’s lower in both fat and calories. Our chefs use time-tested culinary techniques to elevate the best parts of the whole chicken into a simple sausage that’s flavorful, juicy, and ready for anything. That’s why we intentionally keep our Classic Roasted Chicken Sausage simple. By seasoning with just sea salt and cracked pepper, it becomes the ultimate weeknight workhorse and the highlight of any meal.

We at The Sausage Project are on a mission to rethink the link. That’s actually where we got our name. We’re a project—constantly trying new things to challenge the category and give sausage the spotlight it deserves.

We combine 100% natural white meat chicken breast and rich, juicy thigh meat to create a leaner link that doesn’t sacrifice flavor.

Cleaner, thoughtfully sourced ingredients make better sausage. Period. We craft ours with chicken raised without antibiotics and no added nitrates, nitrites, or hormones.
